The Process:
- Fill out the Custom Orders contact form on our website.
- We schedule a consultation via phone. We answer any questions you have, discuss what type of jewelry and the design elements you’d like, the date you need your piece by, and pricing.
- Sign our Custom Orders Contract and leave a 50% deposit. You will be emailed a contract detailing all of the information we spoke about during our consultation, all of our terms and conditions, and an invoice of 50% of the total cost of your piece. We will not begin work on your custom order until we have received your deposit and signed contract.
- Each custom order will take 3-4 to process. You will be updated on every step of the way. This does not include shipping time. You will be notified when we finish your custom order.
- Once completed, we send you an invoice for the remaining balance of your order. Once the invoice is paid, we will ship out your piece!
- Check out TikTok and our other social media platforms to see us creating your custom order from beginning to end! (Please note that due to the high volume of orders, not all orders may be filmed for this purpose).

Backstory
As a little girl, I grew up in my father’s jewelry shop in Queens. I watched him set stones into rings, bend metals into bracelets, transform gold and silver into beautiful works of art. A self-proclaimed artist, he’d always tell me: “The designs, I have them all in my head.” The changing economy took a toll on my father’s beloved jewelry store, and we had to shut our doors in 2008. But my father never lost his passion for creating jewelry, nor did he stop. When I told my father that I was starting my own business, he was thrilled, and wanted to offer our clients the option to order custom pieces. So in addition to providing inspiring reminders of strength, you’d also have the option to create your own fine jewelry piece, handmade by my father himself. *Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing on custom orders.
